Your privacy

We may collect your email address, but only if you voluntarily provide it to us. This may occur, for example, if you sign up to receive an occasional email newsletter or free product from the Site. We will use your email address for the purposes for which you provided it to us and to send you very occasional updates.

 

You may opt out of these emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” button in the email. By sending the contact form and the personal data it contains, you consent to your data being collected, processed and stored in accordance with this privacy policy. This data is processed and used exclusively to send you updates or for me to get in touch with you. The data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.  

 

We will comply with data protection law. This says that the personal information we hold about you must be: 1. Used lawfully, fairly and in a transparent way. 2. Collected only for valid purposes that we have clearly explained to you and not used in any way that is incompatible with those purposes. 3. Relevant to the purposes we have told you about and limited only to those purposes. 4. Accurate and kept up to date. 5. Kept only as long as necessary for the purposes we have told you about.

Your email address may also be shared with the technology provider we use in connection with the purposes for which you provided it.

You may do so in the EU member state of your residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
